Do you have an updated draft? If you have a (unfinished) draft, maybe
it would be worth to publish and discuss it? If I understood it
correctly, you're practically the only TMQL editor? I'd think
publishing the draft may help you to get feedback and maybe practical
help since there seems to be some interest in TMQL.
If this delay is accepted by the ISO is a different kettle of fish,
though.
