  I'm somewhat surprised to see this.  Is libyaml actually suggested?   
I implement a YAML configuration parser about 4 months ago in a  
project I'm working on, and the result at that time was that libyaml  
wasn't necessarily being worked on, and it wasn't clear how important  
it was to Kirill to make more updates to it.

  Has this changed?  Kirill?  As of December, you'd indicated that you  
had a large number of unfinished changes, but you indicated that your  
schedule wasn't such that you would get them completed soon.  Have you  
gotten those major improvements committed, and do you expect to keep  
working on the library?
