Not by me. I could as well live with

   - C:
     - Syck          # YAML 1.0 library, used in most language bindings
     - libyaml       # YAML 1.1 library, currently 0.0.1 though quite stable

What matters is: a clear project organisation, consense about which tools
should be used right now, and a roadmap for future development.
