Re: Directives in streams for YAML 1.2

This is not stated clearly enough. Closest we have is: "Note that each
document <http://www.yaml.org/spec/1.2/spec.html#document//> is independent
of the rest, allowing for heterogeneous log file entries.". In YAML 1.2,
directives are associated with the document. They do not carry over to
following documents.

This makes concatenating streams a safer practice.
