Hi,

I want to develop an application like skype based on the SIP protocol. =

Initial target is to use on a local pc , followed by the intranet and =

finally on the internet with the help of a static IP.

I want to develop the application on the linux platofrm. I am not sure =

whether to use JAVA JNI specification or GTK and QT.
