Seems that your Windows installation has more than 1
partitions.

As you can create only 4 primary partitions, 2 have
already been occupied by Windows (1 Primary and 1
Extended) and you are left with only 2 more to be
made.

What I would suggest is, you go with / and swap
partitions if you don't want to fiddle with Windows
partitions. Or, otherwise, delete the Windows Logical
and Extended partitions (D:, E: etc) and proceed with
installation if you want to have /boot, / and swap.
