Re: May monthly meeting ?

I have booked the venue for the next three months (the last sunday of
each month).

Regarding the list of topics etc, is it possible for some of the
tentative speakers for later meets to distribute some kinda material
(introduction) to the topics to be discussed .. (or for general
public info - like I might just distribute something on RSI - 
Repetitive Stress Injury)

This will help to generally raise the level of talks in the meet.

Regarding other resources required (such as paper, cd's etc), it would
be much easier while organizing to have the requirements etc spelt
out early.

About the meet itself, if the speakers can confirm, then I can 
go ahead with preparing the poster etc for the meet.
