Sandip did you come around to creating the Java Free Software CD as the meet
giveaway. I can burn some of the CDs if you give me the master at
ILUGD(general) meet.
About rest of the details lets take discussion off-list if you don't mind.

The speakers are confirmed. Two of them have confirmed onlist. 
I have confirmed with the other two speakers off-list.
You can go ahead and allocate the time slots and print them on the poster.
