I download a large number of documents, pdf's, html's, and keep bookmarks for various sites. Currently i maintain these in folders (except for the bookmarks). I find this arrangement very difficult to search through, and usually land up net-grepping all over again. Do you folks have a better method, such as using a Content Management System. Will that solve my problem ? Can that search through PDF's and Word docs. If you use a tool - which one ? I see tonnes of CMS's on the net: from Plone to Magnolia to OpenCMS ... Or should one install a search engine on ones disk (htDig or Lucene) ?? -- re rahul
