IMHO, you need to just create a personal or local packages repository, move the above said packages to this local repository, provide HTTP or FTP access to the same and add the said repository to your package managers' configuration file. After that use refresh or update command of your package manager and try installing main package 'drbd' and let the package manager resolve and fetch all the needful dependencies itself.
