[ILUGD] Boot Loader Problem

Hi,
I am facing a weird and serious problem in my ubuntu 12.04 LTS. My system
doesn't boot after first ROM screen. After searching on internet i found a
Boot-Repair tool and after running it, my system started working properly.
But after three days today when i tried to start my computer i again faced
the same problem so i ran the Boot-Repair software again but this time it
didn't work. Here is the report which was prepared by Boot-Repair and it
seems okay to me.

Earlier i used to work on ubuntu 12.04 which had got some problem and i
reinstalled the OS again a week back but this problem started three days
before. I am not able to understand the problem and worried about my data.
I am in serious trouble. Please help me on this.
