RE: webmin gives this error

SA,

Are you sure that your webmin is up and running.

During the installation phase, webmin should ask you if you like to make the
webmin as a service (daemon).

You can identify if it's up and running by checking the listening ports
using

netstat -a

You also can initialize the webmin using the following command (you should
be inside the webmin folder first)

webmin-init start

Dear Friends,

I tried entering https://localhost:10000,

then I tried http://my ip:10000

then I tried https://my ip:10000

and all of these give me the same answer which is

An error occured while loading
https://localhost:10000:


Could not connect to host localhost (port 10000)

so what does anybody know what is the problem here, I
think it is a very simple thing cuz I didn't do
anything yet in the system after installing.
