For the first time ever I found that Windows 10 appears to be more "other system friendly" than any other Windows. I upgraded an existing Win7 to Win10 and it didn't trash the MBR or make my Ubuntu unaccessible. I also tried a reinstall to see what would happen, doing Linux first. Same again. No problems. For once I had nothing to complain about. Not that I boot into Windows unless I want to use certain programs for which there is no suitable alternative. I know, I know, but that's just the way it is.
