As far as I know it is the function of xrand, and according to
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/xrandr it should be possible to
configure it by creating a configuration snippet and saving it into a
file in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/ directory (what used to be
/etc/X11/xorg.conf file). I know you're not using Arch but Centos, but
I find Arch's wiki quite nice and xrandr/xorg configuration should be
the same on different distributions.
