While ILUG has waned over the years,
I see it as a natural progression of technology.
I.E. new groups for new technologies spring up,
while the same interested technologists are often involved.
As technologies expand, so do the number and spread of groups,
and I see it as useful and interesting to try to,
occasionally at least, have inter-group events.
