Wow. A barcamp that could encompass the ...changing demographics (i.e. little people) of our extended community would be amazing, and once I get done with SRECon Europe, I'd be up for helping. I actually have no idea what a new version of an ILUG event would look like. But a mini-electric picnic might be fun.
