[LIP] File descriptors query

Hi again..

Is it correct that after duplicating  2 file
descriptors , if we close 
one of them we are still able to access the file table
entry from the other.

I just wrote a program to do this.The second file
descriptor is still able to write to the file.Just
wanted to confirm.
