Perhaps your MP?

Continuing on the Bell theme can anyone explain to me why Bell (nexxia) 
can be both a national backbone providing pipe to ISPs and be an ISP 
themselves (sympatico).

It would seem to me that this traffic shaping policy is more an attempt 
to limit competition from ISPs so sympatico can enforce caps.

Or am I missing something here?
