Thanks, Ross!  This is exactly what I was looking for, and even meets a few of my un-stated requirements.  Their pricing is at least on-par with some of the better hosting companies I've seen out there, and will at least suffice for my immediate needs (e-mail, jabber, DNS, etc.).  I'll tackle TOR and Freenet when the time comes.  :)

I have vague memories of seeing such a mailing list mentioned on a few of the FreeBSD mailing lists, but unfortunately, Googling for "hosting mailing list" doesn't really give me the results I was looking for.  ;)

Unfortunately, the best I've come across is the isp-colo list:

But that seems to be dedicated to discussion of running a co-lo environment.
