FWIW, I'm running a tor exit node on my colo without issues. This is exactly what I was looking for, and even meets a few of my un-stated requirements. Their pricing is at least on-par with some of the better hosting companies I've seen out there, and will at least suffice for my immediate needs (e-mail, jabber, DNS, etc.).
