Wireless network drivers for Dell D600

I just picked up a cheap Dell D600 laptop from TTE and installed
ubuntu on it. The install went remarkably well (far better than the
old Fedora Core 1 I tried on an old Toshiba laptop several years ago),
however, the wireless network adapter isn't recognized. Does anyone
have any info on how this is done.

I do have the article from the DellLinuxWiki, but it refers to Ubuntu
7.04 (I'm running 8.04).
