I have switched from Cybersurf/cia/igs/3web a year ago. In fact I never chose them. I was with Istop and IGS took my account during there troubles. Then Cybersurf bought IGS. The service was unacceptable and support was worse. I had a hard time cancelling the account. The BBB listing for them clearly shows a pattern of customer abuse. Which makes me wonder if they are going out of business and are desperately seeking money by trying to roll past customers who tried to cancel their accounts but is not in their records. I had to cancel the credit card payment to Cybersurf. I switched to Teksavvy and the difference is amazing. I am very impressed with Teksavvy. My lawyer has very specific words for Cybersurf.
