Having a static IP as advantages in setting up web services. Not sure what 
sort of response time I would get with everydns.net but worth looking into.

I wasn't aware that Teksavvy offered the service, cheaper, with static IP and 
in Gatineau. I'm now looking into this, in the event that Cybersurf drowns 
itself in the cyberwave.
