Recommendations for a Distro for a PowerPC

Hi,

I have a PowerBook G4 Titanium and I'm running Ubuntu 6.04 LTS.  It's
performance is less than satisfactory.  Can anyone recommend a distro
for a PPC?

My machine doesn't have a DVD burner but it can do CDs.  So, I'm also
looking for a bootloader that can boot from flash drives.
