Sympatico is owned by Bell. Like all large companies, they have
been blinded by the MS sales folk to the extent that nothing else
matters. After all more than 90% of the computers in the world are
running Windows. Really, what else matters? :)

I left Sympatico years ago because they corrupted the email headers
and violated RFC822. This caused my mailer to lose some messages. They
also use English or French dates in the header depending on who writes
to you (also in violation of the RFCs). If you sort by date, these
"lost" messages usually show up in March if they were sent on Wednesday.
