DomainPeople and Linux?

I've had DomainPeople as my registrar for a few domains for several years, and was quite happy with them until quite recently. Then on 09 July they changed their user-interface to something strange, abandoned their clean "business card" option in favour of something called SiteBuilder. This apparently works in tandem with their "Linux Webhosting", but activation of this "feature"disables domain forwarding. Their support seems rather obtuse or otherwise incapable of deactivating the Linux Webhosting feature. Does anyone know of what is happening with these people?
