When you can buy a low end laser these days for 100 bucks it is hard to justify a 200 dollar service visit if it is out of the warranty period. If you are talking about a higher end unit, or perhaps an MFD (copier/fax/scanner/printer/sorter) then you may be able to justify a service contract. If your are handy, you may be able to clean the roller/foot that picks the paper out of the tray/bin. -- Charles MacDonald Stittsville Ontario [email protected] Just Beyond the Fringe http://www.TelecomOttawa.net/~cmacd/ No Microsoft Products were used in sending this e-mail. -- OCLUG general discussion list [email protected] http://oclug.on.ca/mailman/listinfo/oclug
