No errors, When I pop a Cd in the first CD/DVD rom it is not recognized and doesn't mount. Consequently the same happens when I put a DVD in the second CD/DVD Rom. They both used to burn both media fine, but now each one is picky which one its will accept. I have had a few issues with MD5SUMS actually clearing too. Maybe they both have tired lasers and I should just replace them both. I tried to find out how to clear the info out of the system config. Short of re-installing I found no solutions. running dmesg shows both devices recognized as they should be. All modules loaded appropriately as well. Looks like it is time for tigerdirect.ca.
