Before WRAP, I was using one of the original LinkSys WRT54G's with custom firmware. I never enjoyed running it because of the relative pain of upgrading it, when compared to my other Linux computers. It was also a pain to get everything I wanted on there to fit. My WRAP routers run Debian. I can install all sorts of weird software on it -- I have 265M of RAM and a CF card for storage.
