I am also considering switching to another distro. Maybe Kubuntu, but I
don't really like the new interface, and I have problems with my dual
monitor display card. It was working just fine under 10.10 with the
proprietary driver installed, but doing the same thing under 11.04 seems
to only give me one working monitor. I'm not stuck with Ubuntu, I want
to use Linux. But I'm open to other distros. I just don't have time to
try them all.

I am Linux,
And Windows 7 was NOT my idea !.......

GIMP is broke. WxWindows is broke. But the biggest problem is that
when it hibernates, it does always power down.

Confusion is the first step of understanding.

Programming is as much about organization and communication
as it is about coding.

The secret to great software: Fail early & often.

Eliminate software piracy: use only FLOSS.
