They have always been too far from having control of the physical
provider (they rely on Bell and Rogers to fix physical problems).
If you're lucky enough (or in some cases, have the knowledge) not to
need to call, the savings quickly pays off.

I kind of wonder if the problems have a lot to do with the
un-cooperativeness of Bell and Rogers. :-)
