He has an incredible background and is fluent in English

I think the prime minister vs president is similar to other european
countries
He is elected by rada, and kind of runs a lot of cabinet level things

Busy but not a job that places you in the media a lot unless the president
is less visible

Sort of like when it was turczeniuk and yatseniuk
Yatsenyuk spoke english and was more media savvy so he was visible
