The most recent version of CCleaner, 6.24, has eliminated some of its 
features from the free version. It's only when you try to use those 
features that you get the SorryCharlie windows. Specifically, it's the 
Custom Clean feature that triggers it, maybe some of the others, but 
that's the one I mainly use (plus the Registry Cleaner occasionally, 
which still works.) After reading their user forum, it appears the only 
solution is to downgrade to version 6.23.
