I download the Portable version, available on https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/builds I'm only interested in the cleaning feature, so the only 3 files I have are CCleaner64.exe, ccleaner.ini, and portable.dat (needed for the Portable version). I also created a Windows Defender Firewall rule (Outbound Rules) to block the connection for CCleaner64.exe. Version 6.24 still works for me the same way it always has.
