I don't know why not.  Both have been posting recently.  According to 
Google, the anonymous poster had several posts in 1999.  Cheef had a 
handful of posts as recently as 2005, although he hadn't been very 
active for years before that.

Actually, most people check a review before buying a book or going to a 
movie.  Peter has a web site, and I'm sure some people check it before 
visiting.  In addition, there are Peter's own words on this newsgroup, 
which give people an idea of what the place is about.  One doesn't need 
to visit a resort to find out what the philosophy of the founder is.

What name does AN~Anon use on this group?  I haven't seen a name similar 
to that in a decade.
