Mark ES translation as inactive

Hi all!

The Spanish version lags far behind the English version (42.63% of files are outdated) [1].

What are your thoughts on temporarily marking the Spanish version as inactive
so that users can see the English original instead of the outdated translation?

I can help a little with updating.
When the translation becomes relevant, we'll make it active again.
