The point is not about getting credit, but not wanting to have full books 
that are a ipsis verbis copy from the PHP manual (as it happened in the 
past). That was the main reason behind the decision for the OPL license.
Anyway you are still allowed to distribute the PHP manual with Fedora (not 
that I care)..
