Thanks for the useful input Philip. From a Fedora point of view, I 
believe all of the above would be OK. They all have the key distinction 
from the current license of not restricting modification. So it would be 
great if you did choose to move to one of the above. I understand this 
may only be at an informal discussion stage, but do you have any sense 
of when you might, if you do, look at changing license? (e.g. a 
particular milestone e.g. PHP6, or a sense - even broad - as in next 
month/quarter/year)?
