Including your manual in a CD-ROM

To whom in may concern,
   I'm writing a book on PHP and MySQL programming. I've read the Open  Publication Licence regarding PHP documentation and the PHP manual in  the "Windows Help Format", and it recommends that when the publication  or proyect is coming out, to get in touch with the authors. In the book  I'd like to include a CD-ROM with a PHP manual, some examples of my 
own and the binaries of the PHP program in order for the people who get a  copy the book to be able to install PHP and start running scripts. 
Does  the PHP Group have any inconvenience for me to do this?
