Our license can be read started from here (this page itself is not the 
complete license of course):

As you can see printed *distribution* of the manual is prohibited 
without approval. Since you are not about to distribute the manual, you 
are not violating the license.

We have complete HTML file downloads for the PHP manual, which could be 
used with a html2pdf tool to create a PDF if you need, or you can also 
read it in any word processor, and export it in the format you like.
