Re-publishing the Ingres section of the PHP documentation

Hi,

I would like to reproduce the Ingres section of the PHP documentation in
Wiki form on the Ingres Community Wiki[1]. I see from the copyright page
in the documentation that I/we need to contact yourselves for
permission. What additional steps do I need to take? How do we attribute
copyright to the PHP Group since there is a dedicated page in the manual
for this?
