supporting PHP documentation

Dear Community Office,

My name is Tomasz Jarosław Ducin, I am a PHP developer from Poland. I found
this E-mail address at http://doc.php.net.

I have just graduated in Computer Science, in Master's degree. I have been
developing projects using PHP platform since 3 years. I have also one
semester experience of studying abroad as an erasmus student.

I am an enthusiast of all open source and free projects. Therefore I would
like to help to document PHP libs and translate PHP documentation. I am
already an active symfony framework community member (look at
http://www.symfony-project.org/plugins/developer/tomasz-ducin).

I am sure you would appreciate my help, especially that there is no Polish
member (http://doc.php.net/php/users.php). Looking forward to your response..
