php manual on my website

Thanks a lot for your big PHP, I love it.

I 'm building a small webhosting entreprise.
I try to developp a website with some web tools & more since yesterday.
I have two questions
* can I Put the manuel on My website publicly?
* can I sell php script, made by myself, to my customers?
   (& if yes, can I crypt the source with phtmlencoder?)
