I don't think we would have any problem with this republication, as the
author and contributor list as well as all copyright notices will be on
the book, so feel free to continue with the plan. As usual, we would
like to ask you to contribute back to the documentation, in case you
find any typos, English language mistakes, or other type of errors in
the text.
