Publicación del manual PHP - PHP manual publishing

Hola
Estoy interesado en publicar el manual PHP en su versión en español en
un sitio Web, por su extensión lo dividiría en partes (un documento
html por capítulo), sin embargo me doy cuenta al revisarlo que tengo
que pedir autorización para hacerlo y que no puedo modificarlo (y la
versión en español que bajé hace unos momentos no está completamente
traducida) quiero preguntar si puedo continuar con la traducción y
cuales son los requisitos, además si es correcto lo que quiero hacer
de separar el documento grande en varios pequeños. También quiero
preguntar si al hacer una parte de la traducción y enviarla al grupo
de documentación es posible que se incluya mi nombre entre las
personas que editan.
El destino de la publicación del manual de PHP sería en un sitio Web
de consejos y buenas prácticas de programación y también quiero saber
si puedo modificar la apariencia sin formato por una que se integre
con el sitio o si existen lineamientos al respecto.

I'm interested in publish the Spanish translation of the PHP Manual in
one of my websites, when reviewing it I'd look that I need permision
for publish and modify it, I'd like to modify it because the Spanish
version is not completely translated. I want to ask you if I can
continue with the translation and if there are special requirements
for it and also if it is correct to divide the document in many
smaller parts for easy download and reading, I want to ask if I make a
part of the translation and send it to the documentation group is
possible that my name be included in the editors list.
The destiny of publishing for the PHP Manual that I want to do would
be in a good practices and tooltips for programmers website that is
already working, so I want to know if I can customize the appearance
for better integration with the site or if there are special rules for
this.
