Of course we welcome new contributors to the translation teams. Please
read http://php.net/dochowto as a start on how to join a translation
team. Any translations you are going to do is supposed to be given back
to the community, for which we already have existing tools. You also
need to know these tools if you would like to republish the
documentation in a site-integrated format, so start with the howto.
