This part of the build-script was never touched, but it looks like the
naming of the brazilian translationfolder changed from `pt_BR` to
`pt_br`. There are two ways this can impact the emails that I need to
check now:
1. The language isn't built at all as the `pt_BR`-folder is not found
any more.
2. The emails are sent to the mailinglist `php.doc.pt` (which does not
exist)
I'm digging into that and will get back to you.
