But this would be "just another" PHP web site like
zend.com, phpbuilder.com, phpcenter.de, dynamic-webpages.de,
phpinfo.net et al.

In my opinion an evangelism web site should care about
management arguments (also for "Why you shouldn't choose
PHP"), cost statistics, PHP usage etc.
