Hi all :)

Humm, this group is a very good idea.
Promote PHP and promote better use of PHP is a good challenge. And we can
(we must) do it.

AFUP (Association Francaise des Utilisateurs de PHP / http://www.afup.org),
a French PHP Users Association, has exactly this mission in France.
