I still miss any kind of design for this web site, so if you have

It was why we chose this name. Until the website is mature enough, we 
keep it
separated from php.net.

One of the major advance of the web site is still invisible : the admin
place is now in English, so you guys can understand it.  So now, I can 
open
account to people wanting to contribute.

The basic needs of this web site is :
+ find Article and Press release, and note them in this repository.
+ create interviews and articles with relevant informations, aimed at 
IT manager
(no tutorial, nothing technic.. just plain professional talk).
